Jeremy Sweet

Jazz Piano

Jeremy Sweet holds a B.M. in Jazz Piano Performance from Moravian College and has performed extensively as an accomplished pianist. Mr. Sweet spent much of the past twenty years entertaining thousands in and around the tri-state area as the leader of his jazz trio, a member of busy party bands, and an accompanist. His career has granted him the opportunity of performing at several highly recognized venues such as The Kimmel Center, The Philadelphia Museum, The Barnes Museum, and The Curtis Center.

Mr. Sweet has brought his performance experience into his two decades of instructing pianists of varying ages and abilities. Mr. Sweet’s specialization is in jazz studies and piano technique, guiding musicians who wish to advance their understanding of harmony and improvisation. Mr. Sweet approaches instruction through guidance that is tailored to each student’s unique abilities, learning styles, and interests. Mr. Sweet currently works as a private piano instructor and regularly performs at private and public events.
